Participation in the loyalty program gives you the opportunity to earn bonus cashback from every purchase and use accumulated bonus points to pay up to 30% of the total amount of subsequent orders. Bonus points can be earned only for purchases of goods at the “Lifestyle Perfume” store in accordance with the participant’s level. Bonus points are not awarded for services (delivery, etc.).

If you purchase discounted, promotional, or reduced-price items, bonus points are awarded based on the actual amount paid, meaning only for the portion of the purchase paid with money.

Payment with bonus points is available for products in all categories, except discounted items. Bonus points cannot be used to pay for services (delivery and other services).

Bonus points can be used to pay for up to 100% of a purchase in a single transaction.

Bonus points do not have an expiration date from the moment they are credited. The validity period of bonus points awarded as part of promotional campaigns is specified in the terms of the promotion.

No, you can apply either a personal discount or accumulated bonus points. You can choose the most advantageous option when placing an order in retail stores.

In case of a return or exchange of goods within 1 day from the date of purchase, the bonus points awarded for the purchase of this product will be deducted from the loyalty program participant’s bonus account.

In case of a return or exchange of goods within 14 days from the date of purchase that were partially paid with bonus points, the bonus points will be refunded to the participant’s bonus account within 24 hours.
