Return and Exchange
The customer has the right to replace or return a product if the delivered item does not match the description on the website or has manufacturing or factory defects, subject to price adjustment.
Exchange or return is possible only if the product has not been used, its appearance and consumer properties are preserved, all seals and labels are intact, and the purchase invoice confirming the transaction is available.
In all cases, the customer must inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person.
If the buyer accepts the product and later a problem arises with the purchased item, lifestyleperfume.am bears no responsibility.
