Baylis & Harding is a British family-owned beauty and bath-and-body brand whose roots reach back to around 1970. Originally operating as Midland Cosmetic Sales, the business was established by David Slater and Marcia Simmons before the next generation of the family developed it into Baylis & Harding. The central idea has been to make beautifully presented, luxury-feeling personal care accessible to a broad audience.

Gifting has become one of the strongest elements of the brand's identity.
