What if perfume were not a finished story, but a way to express your own? BON PARFUMEUR is a French artistic fragrance house founded by Ludovic Bonneton in 2017, after his return from Colombia. Living there immersed him in the vivid scents of the tropics, including coffee, cocoa and fragrant flowers. These sensory memories inspired him to create his own fragrance collection in collaboration with French perfumers.

At the heart of BON PARFUMEUR lies the idea of preserving emotions through scent. Childhood memories, travel, nature, personal encounters and unexpected impressions become starting points for new compositions. Each fragrance is intended to stand on its own, with a distinct personality and emotional atmosphere. The house combines the heritage of French perfumery with a contemporary and open-minded approach to creation.

The olfactory palette spans floral, citrus, woody, amber, spicy, green and gourmand styles. Rose, jasmine, cedar, vetiver, patchouli and other materials are explored in different combinations, revealing unexpected facets. Contrasts are central to the brand's creative language: freshness meets warmth, softness meets depth, and sweetness finds balance in spice. Collaborations with a diverse group of perfumers give the collection a broad range of styles rather than one repeated formula.

One of the brand's distinctive features is its numbering system, designed to make the fragrance collection easier to navigate. The first digit identifies the olfactory family, while the following two indicate the composition's sequence within that family. This straightforward structure makes the world of perfumery more accessible, allowing people to explore different scent directions and discover their preferences without needing specialist terminology.

BON PARFUMEUR also encourages fragrance layering, giving wearers the freedom to combine scents and create a more personal olfactory signature. All its perfumes are made in France: the fragrance concentrates are produced in Grasse, the bottles come from Normandy, and labels and packaging are manufactured in other French regions. The brand also emphasizes gender-neutral fragrance, recyclable glass and ingredients of natural origin.
