Niche Perfume BOND NO.9

Bond No. 9 is essentially an olfactory love letter to New York City. Founded by Laurice Rahmé, the house debuted its first fragrance collection in 2003 and took its name from 9 Bond Street in NoHo. The idea emerged in the aftermath of 9/11 as a tribute to New York's resilience, recovery and unbreakable energy.

Bond No. 9's defining concept was to portray the city neighborhood by neighborhood through scent. Different parts of New York become individual characters with their own architecture, people, rhythm and atmosphere. Founder Laurice Rahmé became the first woman in New York to head a perfumery, and her bold personality is also reflected in the house's colorful, star-shaped presentation. Bond No. 9 is unmistakably New York: expressive, diverse, creative and unapologetically confident.
