NYSOS

NYSOS is a new-generation French niche fragrance house whose earliest publicly documented releases date from 2023. Its identity is built around ancient Greek mythology and, in particular, the figure of Dionysus. The official story takes its inspiration from the mysterious region of Nysa, where the young Dionysus was said to have been raised by nymphs. Wine, fertile earth, fruit, natural abundance, celebration and transformation consequently become central cultural images within the NYSOS universe.

At the same time, NYSOS does not want this mythological luxury to become inaccessible. The Maison explicitly describes its ambition as making niche perfumery available to a broader audience at a fair price while retaining the standards associated with fine fragrance. The house works with internationally experienced master perfumers and builds its creative language around a rich, colorful and sensorial Mediterranean imagination. NYSOS therefore creates an interesting contrast between the ancient mythology of the Olympian gods and a contemporary, more democratic model of niche perfumery.
