The first VICTOR & ROLF fragrance was launched in 2002 and… was never opened. The packaging was sealed. In this way, the perfumers decided to show the world that perfume can be not only a fashion item, but also an example of avant-garde art. Their later creations were used for their intended purpose and immediately gained millions of admirers.
