Amandine Clerc-Marie

Amandine Clerc-Marie is a French perfumer born in Grasse, the heart of the French perfume industry. Her mother worked in perfumery, so she was exposed to the world of scents from an early age. She later studied at ISIPCA in Versailles, where she learned the art of fragrance creation and raw materials.

After graduating, she began her career working with Michel Almairac for over a decade. In 2011, she joined Firmenich, where she continues to work as a senior perfumer.

She is known for creating fragrances that are both elegant and modern. Her portfolio includes fragrances for prestigious brands such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancome, and Mugler.

Her most iconic creation is Chloe (2008), along with other popular fragrances such as La Nuit Tresor (Lancôme), Aura (Mugler), and Voce Viva (Valentino).

Amandine is a very visual person, often drawing inspiration from movement, colors, and shapes. She leads an active lifestyle, enjoys traveling, and is always engaged in new projects. Despite her success, she remains humble and focused on the creative process—from the initial idea to the final product.
