Andy Tauer

Andy Tauer is a self-taught perfumer who gained recognition through his independent brand Tauer Perfumes. He began creating fragrances as a hobby, experimenting with different ingredients and compositions. Through the power of the internet, he was able to share his work with a wider audience and build a loyal following.

His first fragrance, Le Maroc pour Elle (2005), quickly received critical acclaim. It was followed by other successful releases such as L’Air du Désert Marocain, Une Rose Chyprée, and Incense Rose. His creations are known for their high-quality ingredients, complex structures, and long-lasting trails.

Tauer’s approach is rooted in his love for natural ingredients and his desire to create fragrances that tell a story. He draws inspiration from travel, nature, and literature. In addition to perfumery, he is also the author of the book Perfume Manifesto.
