Anne-Sophie Behaghel is a perfumer and business developer at Flair Paris, an independent fragrance studio. She has also worked with Symrise and Firmenich.
Her passion for perfumery began during her studies at Cinquieme Sens, a company specializing in fragrance creation, education, and consulting.
After graduating, she worked at Symrise as a personal care evaluator and at Firmenich as a fine fragrance sales manager. These roles helped her develop expertise across both personal care and fine fragrance categories.
In 2013, together with Amelie Bourgeois, she co-founded Flair Paris. They collaborate with laboratories such as Be Have, Elixens, Firmenich, International Flavors & Fragrances, and Mane.
She has worked with brands including Alexandre.J, BDK Parfums, Frapin, Jovoy Paris, L'Orchestre Parfum, and Les Liquides Imaginaires.
Her fragrances are often described as delicate, refined, and poetic. She approaches each project with academic precision while maintaining a creative, artistic sensibility. Natural raw materials play a key role in her work, which she treats with great respect.
Notable creations include Le Mat (Mendittorosa), Nevermore (Frapin), Sel d’Argent (BDK Parfums), and Electric Wood (Room 1015).
