Jean-Marc Chaillan

Jean Marc Chaillan is a highly skilled perfumer with an impressive career in the fragrance industry. Born in France, he grew up in Grasse, where he was introduced to the world of fragrance from an early age, as his father was a renowned perfumer and industry executive.

Following his passion for fragrance, Jean Marc received formal education at the prestigious ISIPCA perfume school in Versailles, where he refined his skills and developed his unique creative style. After graduating, he began his professional career at J and E Sozio, working alongside his father and gaining valuable experience and expertise.

Later, he joined IFF, where he spent many years in the fine fragrance division. He held several senior roles within the company, including Vice President and Senior Perfumer. During this time, he created fragrances for some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, and Elizabeth Arden.

Throughout his career, Jean Marc has demonstrated a remarkable ability to combine a deep understanding of the art and science of perfumery with a natural talent for creativity and innovation. He is the creator behind iconic fragrances such as Burberry London, CK IN2U for Her, and Chic for Men, all of which have become industry classics.
