Kamila Lelakova

Kamila is a new generation perfumer whose expertise is a blend of classical training intertwined with diverse multicultural experiences. She began her career as a client-focused evaluator at a small family-owned perfume company before undergoing training to become a perfumer. Kamila received a classical education using the Roure method and also holds an ICATS diploma in Fragrance Sales from the University of Plymouth.

Kamila joined CPL Aromas in 2019 following the acquisition of AFF. She specializes in Middle Eastern style fragrances and has traveled extensively throughout the region to immerse herself in the unique perfume culture that exists there.

"I carry a love for Middle Eastern perfumery materials, such as the rich animalic oud oil and my personal favorite—sandalwood, with its soft, creamy character."

Growing up surrounded by the beautiful mountains and green pine forests of Eastern Europe, Kamila was immersed in the richness of nature, which continues to inspire her perfume creations today.
