Niche Perfume from Mathilde Bijaoui

Mathilde Bijaoui was born in Paris and inherited a dual legacy: the vibrant North African culture of her father and the traditional French upbringing of her mother. Both influences shaped her character and creative potential. From a young age, Bijaoui's father introduced her to the world of culinary arts, where she developed a keen sense of smell by exploring various ingredients at the market. This exposure to diverse aromas led to her fascination with perfumes.

Bijaoui's passion for perfumery grew even further after visiting the Osmotheque, the international perfume conservatory in Versailles. Upon discovering the renowned ISIPCA perfumery school, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a perfumer. Bijaoui completed two years of chemical studies before enrolling at ISIPCA.
