Olivier Creed was born in Nice and is the sixth generation of the Creed family of perfumers. He studied art and painting at the prestigious Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, an artistic background that profoundly shaped his creative approach to perfumery. At just 18 years old, encouraged by his family, he took the helm of the business, transforming Creed from a bespoke boutique into a globally recognized luxury brand.
Olivier is responsible for some of the brand's most iconic modern scents, including Green Irish Tweed, Silver Mountain Water, and the legendary Aventus. His unique style blends traditional techniques with innovative ideas, earning him a reputation for creating olfactory masterpieces. He travels extensively to source the finest natural ingredients, such as rare sandalwood from Mysore or vibrant lemons from Sicily. Today, he leads the House of Creed alongside his son, Erwin, maintaining a legacy of craftsmanship and excellence.
