At Olfactive Studio, a fragrance often begins with an image rather than a list of notes. The French niche house was founded by Céline Verleure in Paris in 2011, built around the idea of bringing contemporary artistic photography and perfumery into the same creative space.

Its creative process brings together two artists. A photographer captures a mood, atmosphere, or visual emotion, and a perfumer then translates that impression into scent. Light, shadow, texture, and space become part of the inspiration behind the fragrance itself.

This approach allows Olfactive Studio to move freely between olfactory styles. Woods, smoke, leather, and spices may appear alongside florals, citrus, musk, resins, or more transparent facets.
