Vincent Schaller

Born and raised in France, Vincent Schaller became fascinated by the art of perfumery at a young age. His passion for scents and their power to evoke emotions led him to a career in the fragrance industry. Schaller earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, followed by a PhD in Chemistry from the prestigious École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.

Vincent Schaller began his illustrious career at Firmenich, one of the world's leading fragrance and flavor companies. Starting as a perfumer in São Paulo, Brazil, he worked across various segments, including fine fragrances, body care, and home care, honing his skills and developing a unique approach. Over the next two decades, Schaller held positions in Paris, London, and Princeton, New Jersey, working on projects for prestigious clients such as L'Oreal, Coty, Procter & Gamble, Rituals, and Zara.

Schaller is responsible for over 350 fragrances throughout his career, working with renowned brands like Le Labo, Max Mara, Paul Smith, and Ferragamo. Some of his most popular creations include Oriflame Amber Elixir, Max Mara Le Parfum, Le Labo Oud 27, and Grès Cabotine Gold. His unique approach is deeply rooted in his background in chemistry and engineering, allowing him to create complex and captivating scents that meet high standards. For Schaller, perfumes are not just scents but expressions of emotions and experiences. His continuous drive for innovation continues to shape the world of perfumery, making him a true master of his craft.
